  • New Year New Me

So I did not do a recap podcast. I did not feel like reliving the trials of 2023. Instead I wanted to talk about what I learned and what we can all learn from hard times and how we can foster a better sense of self.

  • Sandpaper

Sandpaper is used to make things soft, it is used to smooth things over. But it is also used to form and shape, it is used to sharpen and object visually so you can see the curves.

Why did I use this? Sandpaper I would liek to use to symbolize peace which when you have peace you have the ability to have form, you have the ability to be smoothe.... Listen and see if you can connect

  • People Who Try to Cut Your Wings

Welcome to the Holiday Season! This December is different from the rest because this year I want to encourage you to pay attention to the people and the language around you. People have a way and trying to cut down your dreams and let you know that you will never do better than where you are. I want to promote a BETTER you walking into 2024.

I am not saying that you have to drop people, but I am telling you that you need to start paying attention to what people are saying to you and about you. My father called me worthless and told me that I had never amounted to anything. It hurt, he sought otther ways to attack me financially, but it was no use. Once you understand people try to project there feelings of self to you and make it your narrative, nothing they say will effect you.

  • Adapt or Die

  • If You Secure Valuable Things, Why Don't You Secure Yourself?
We insure valuable things, but we never insure ourselves. The most important thing we have is ourselves, yet we allow people to take advantage of us. We allow ourselves to be waivered by other people and their nonsense. But just as you would not like to see your shiny car scratched, why don't we value ourselves the same way? Why does it not bother us when people scratch us mentally and emotionally?
We need to start valuing ourselves, stopping people and things from "scratching us" We need to take out insurance policies on "Self."  I wrote a book about "Securing Self" below, you can get a free copy!

  • Enforcing Negative Self Narratives

What stories about you are keeping alive? Changing is such a hard thing to do, believe it or not we keep negative stories and things alive to feed our narratives about self. Believe it to not continuing to tell yourself you are not worthy, actually protects you. It enforces you to stay in your bad relationship, stops you from getting hurt. But it also stops you from growing. Change is necessary for growth.

  • Halloween Horror : Cease and Desist Letter From My Father

Probably the most shocking thing I have ever experienced while being in New York City out of Canada and getting that email. Really thought I would have died of a heart attack. It is so awful when someone goes behind your back, smile in your face and then does something so underhanded. Just to be cruel
