The BYU Cougars are eager to show that their 5-7 record in 2023 was an outlier and that they will be able to compete annually in the Big 12 Conference, but as Jake Hatch points out, Kalani Sitake and the BYU football will need to settle on a quarterback early on in training camp and hope they can help elevate and lead an otherwise solid offense on paper for Aaron Roderick and co.

Jake then talked about the task and goals that BYU defensive coordinator Jay Hill has this season as he continues his overhaul of the defense at Brigham Young University (BYU) and it will begin with getting better defensive line play to hold up against the powerful run games their Big 12 opponents will feature along with a need for the secondary to step up and show they're able.

Finally, the show wrapped up with a look at the nine former BYU Cougars who will be competing against the world's best in the Paris Olympic Games as stars like former BYU basketball legend Jimmer Fredette look to add another chapter to their legacy while feel-good newcomers like James Corrigan attempt to show the world that they can compete at the Olympic Games.
