We cover the reasons why Mr Miyagi left Daniel to paint the house by himself including the trust, work ethic, and independent learning (like your pattern or form) that is done in martial arts. We also cover painting the house as a work task that you would do at home to develop the up/down and side/side motions. Finally, we discuss the martial art techniques that focus on these up/down and side/side motions to practice at home.

In this episode, we examine the superhuman ability of levitation! What I mean is the ability to defy gravity using your body in many different ways like "light body skill" and yoga poses that look like you are levitating. In order to do this, you need to be "country strong" and be like "flexible steel" in order to accomplish these feats. Lastly, we talk about martial art kicks that seem to defy gravity and levitate to make it from one area to another... looking as if you are walking on air!
