Francy tells us about how he navigated all the noise/opinions around him while. From being unemployed for months to eventually landing his dream job and ultimately transforming other areas of his life as well.
Plus, we get into a wellllll needed debate about the extent to which partners should discuss past traumas, relationships and issues they've had with their current partner. Her professional career also includes 12 years as a mental health clinician with experience in trauma and psychotherapy. She holds a Bachelors of Science, Double Major in Kinesiology and Psychology from York University and a Masters of Science from the University of Toronto. Also a certified Meditation Teacher, Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, and Sound Healer, Gina curates experiences that bring individuals and groups towards deep healing and expansion.
