The Chicago Bears will hold their end of the season press conference this week. Team president Kevin Warren and general manager Ryan Poles need to make it clear that the job Matt Eberflus has done as head coach has not been good enough.

Both Warren and Poles have talked repeatedly about working toward a championship, and it's hard to make the case that Eberflus and his staff are the right coaches to get the Bears to the Super Bowl.
