Kirsten Bernthal Booth is the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Creighton University, where she has led the Bluejays to ten consecutive Big East championships and numerous Top 25 rankings, while earning three National Coach of the Year titles.

She is also the President of the Board of Directors for the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA), helping guide the sport through an ever-changing collegiate sports landscape.

Equally important is Kirsten's coaching philosophy, which is based on values that every parent and athletic administrator should celebrate.

Kirsten joins Terry Pettit to discuss her role with the AVCA and the Bluejays, which could receive a Top-Ten preseason ranking in the upcoming year.
