Charles also gives insight into the balance of preparation and then, "too much information" going into a game.

Finally, the guys do some "Love it or Leave it?" with the WNBA concluding with Las Vegas' title win, a rare MNF simultaneous double header and what about fried oysters?

Laurence Holmes climb to media star in Chicago actually began in High school where Homewood-Floosmoor Community had both a radio and TV station. Holmes actually got his FCC license at 16. By age 22 he became a member of WSCR “The Score”, Chicago’s first all sports radio station and he’s been there ever since. He currently co-hosts the midday show with another long time host, Dan Bernstein.



A noted interviewer, Holmes also established the “House of L” podcast and in less than four years has had well over 1.5 million downloads.



Holmes is also in popular demand appearing on numerous TV shows and is now a columnist for the Chicago Sun-times.
