Avoiding Burnout!
As someone whop runs a business and is a full time teacher I find burnout can always seem like it is just around the corner. These are tips to help you avoid burnout yourself:
1) Have moments in the week for you.
2) Set clear boundaries.
3) Be present in what you are doing.
4) Do it straight away, if not set a reminder.
5) Be realistic and kind to yourself.
Look after yourselves friends <3
