Women are often taught to give away their power, so Linda tells us how we can take it back and deal with the voices inside our heads telling us we’re not enough. Different people react to a crisis in different ways. Some look at the opportunities, while others become anxious and think it might be the end of the world. In times like these, we may find that people act differently from who they are at normal times.
No one is perfect. But there are positive and negative sides to each person, and one way to figure out how a person will react is to look at their Enneagram.
In this episode, we have back Enneagram expert Stephanie Davis. She and I talk about how different enneagram types are affected by this global reset. She tells us about the different harmonic triads and each enneagram types reaction to stress.
If you’re curious how people are responding to this crisis and how it relates to their Enneagram type, then jump in to this episode now.

Social distancing, business disruptions, and employment furloughs have placed us into a new normal. With people stuck at home and worried about money, finding novel ways of earning an income is key to thrive.
An online business presents an opportunity that should be taken advantage of. But the older women have been wary of going down this route. Fortunately, we have a successful online entrepreneur from the typewriter generation to convince us otherwise.
In today’s episode, we have Scrappy Frontier founder, Colleen Kochannek, teach us how to start an online business including the logistics and nuances involved. It’s important to recognize your own genius and not assume everyone knows what you know. Colleen and I also go through the role permission plays for women over 50.
Now’s the time to start your own business. If you’re looking for that extra push to finally go for your dreams, then this episode is perfect for you!

We often deal with trauma from our past by moving on. We move on without doing the work to deal with our issues, our pain. But by not allowing ourselves to heal from our old wounds, we allow the pain to surface again when we get older, when our bodies change and our hormones drop, which in turn, affect our emotions and our mood.
In this episode, Jill Romig talks about the journey she took to heal herself from her past to become the best version of herself. She also shares how positive affirmations can help you reach the success you desire.
It is never too late. If you’ve been dealing with the past coming up and preventing you from living your best life yet then tune in to this episode!

About the Guest:
Jill Romig is passionate about helping women make peace with their past, step into their own, and become more comfortable and confident in their skin through her Living Boldly coaching program. At 53, she finally figured a few things out and is excited to share with women struggling with aging, fitness, nutrition, intimacy, and fashion. Despite being an accomplished CPA and a fitness instructor for 25 years, she struggled for many years over her weight, self-image, self-worth, and self-esteem.
She made a shift in her mid-40s as she immersed herself into self-help and learned about the law of attraction, vibrations, source energy, and positive affirmations to become the best version of herself. All of what she has learned she then applied to her coaching program, Living Boldly.
