Today, we speak with Laura Henshaw, co-founder and CEO of KIC, a wellness empire she built alongside her best friend, Steph Claire Smith.

In today’s conversation, Laura opens up about the pancake recipe that takes her back to childhood: and the not-so-happy memories of her parents’ marriage before their eventual divorce. She also speaks about starting a family one day and the considerations that come with that as the owner of a frenetic and successful business. We also chat about running the New York Marathon, and experiencing the worst panic attack of her life.
