Lauren's food journey began when she realized she could overcome a medical condition by monitoring her diet, namely gluten and dairy intake. But she still desired the nostalgic comfort foods of her childhood (they all have a story), so she learned how to make vegan and gluten-free versions of them. And now she and best friend/business partner Alexis are showing Omaha that vegan food is anything but bland. Their story is one of gusto, friendship, and a true belief in themselves to overcome any challenge.
