The Law of Attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person’s life. In other words, if you believe that good things will happen to you, then they will. Likewise, if you believe that bad things will happen to you, then they probably will.
There’s no scientific evidence to support the claim that the law of attraction actually works, but that doesn’t stop people from using it. Many self-help books and websites are dedicated to teaching people how to use the law of attraction to manifest their desires.
One popular way to do this is through affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself in order to program your mind to believe them. For example, an affirmation might be “I am healthy and happy.”
If you repeat this statement to yourself enough times, eventually your mind will start to believe it and you will start to see evidence of it in your life. Of course, the same is true for negative affirmations. If you tell yourself “I am a failure,” then that’s probably what you’ll become.
