  • How conscious accountability can elevate results
We all think we know what accountability is but very often, we mix up the words accountability, responsibility, answerability, obligation, and many others. We often use these words in the same context and relate the meaning to forced or given tasks rather than inner motivation or drive. Instead, we should discuss conscious accountability, where individuals and teams work towards a common goal to which everyone wants to contribute. This episode discusses how we can develop conscious accountability and how it transforms teams and impacts results.

  • SMEs-Improving Performance through an effective App Strategy
In 2010, Tech magazine reported the boom of the App culture. Today it is not a culture but a way of life, but it is not only for end-users or B2C and B2B situations. B2B mobile apps make work management and tracking easy and allow a platform where many people and departments can collaborate. So, it is not just about the end-user consumer today; it is about business. Although when we say the word App what pops into our minds are music, fitness, photos, and social media, and not business apps; they are essential to businesses of all sizes and can significantly help small and medium enterprises operate more efficiently. In this episode, we talk about digital trends and the importance of apps for businesses of all sizes.

  • Innovation and transformational management in the public sector
What can the private sector learn from the public sector? Lots We often talk about management practices, organization management, process efficacies, and how to make companies more customer-oriented, efficient, inclusive --ultimately more profitable; we mainly discuss the private sector, when we discuss governments or the public sector if it is often in the form of a complaint. Having worked as a CEO for over 20 years in the private sector, I would be hard-pressed to use the words good management and the public sector in the same sentence. I would use the word leadership (or sometimes lack thereof) in the sentence with the government, but I would mostly use words like bureaucracy, long processes, and inefficacy. Or at least that's what I used to say until I read our guest's book. After reading the book by today's guest, I realized there are some things the private sector can learn from the public sector. However, people are also trying to improve things in the public sector. In this episode, we talk about management, innovation, and continuous improvement in the Government and public sectors.

  • Building the right roadmap for evolving organizations
Any organizational infrastructure must anticipate a rapidly changing world where technologies, politics, company, and employee needs will differ from today. We learned this three years ago as we got tossed into a virtual world that we thought was years away. Many companies did not have the technology or infrastructure to support the millions of home offices that happened virtually overnight. Unfortunately, they did not have the processes for a sudden change. But in the end, we all adapted, and we learned. We learned that we must prepare for change, and the optimal infrastructure is the one that reflects future needs. This episode discusses how companies can prepare roadmaps for evolving organization infrastructures using technology, leveraging productivity, and streamlining the process.

  • Helping Startup Ecosystems Thrive
Startups are essential because they drive economic growth. They are the source of new jobs, products, and services. They drive innovation and create wealth, and today most founders have spouted from the generation of the millennials, but that is going to change. By 2030, Gen Z will become the world's most significant demographic economy; studies show that almost two-thirds of that generation want to work for themselves. So, what does this mean? It means startup ecosystems will boom, and new startups will change the world. They will help us to be more productive. This new generation will help develop new products and services that make it easier for us to get our work done. They will create new working methods that make us more efficient. Therefore, we must nurture startup ecosystems today to help them prepare for tomorrow. In this episode, we speak about how we can help these ecosystems grow.

  • No Business is too small for Digital Marketing
Most people agree that the foundations of digital marketing skills are not hard to learn. However, it can be challenging to master those skills and put them to practical use in a digital marketing campaign. Most large companies have teams of digital marketers that can do this for them by specializing in one area or another, but what about SMEs? They are focused on their product and services, without teams to do the marketing for them. With a bit of help, they can learn how to navigate through the rough seas of digital marketing and, with support, build themselves a competitive online presence. In this episode, we explore the solutions outlined in the book No Business is too small for Digital Marketing-Everything you need to know to Grow your business.
