Today, I am freshly home from the Good Medicine Confluence in Colorado and wanted to share some thoughts on leadership, Leo season, and the medicine of the Oak. We will explore integrity, the positive and challenging qualities of Leo, and how we can take a look at ourselves, healthy pride, and purpose. I will also share personal stories about the Oak tree and ways of using it as medicine.
