Hola!

This episode will teach you the days of the week in Catalan and also how to say what hobbies you do on those days! 

This requires us to have some knowledge of the present tense in Catalan. It is annoyingly probably one of the hardest tenses to master as there are lots of different endings for different types of verbs, so we just stick to learning the 'I' form in this episode, so you can talk about what you do.

We will delve deeper into all aspects of the present tense in a future episode, but in the meantime if you want to learn more, our bonus content on Patreon will teach you more about the present tense so you can start using it confidently asap!

We have made it to episode 30! This episode brings together our knowledge from the last 4 lessons and earlier episodes too.
We have a quiz as always, this time focussing on vocabulary, and then we have a dialogue using lots of language from the last 4 lessons especially, but we also recap a lot of the basics learnt in the first few episodes - let's hope you haven't forgotten them!

It's a long one, and we debated splitting it and using some of it in the bonus episode, however we want to make as much free content for you as possible. It took us a long time to record this one as there were planes flying past our house every 3 minutes! So we hope you appreciate the effort haha.

It has become a bit of a tradition that after every 4 lessons we do a little review episode and put our knowledge to the test!

Christina always says this but retrieval practice is key so listening to this episode and testing yourself is just as important as listening to the other episodes. It is really important to make sure we are confident with what we have learnt so far before we start adding new material so that it doesn't feel too difficult for us later on!
