There are now four people who are the immediate grandchildren of the current Emperor, three of them are princesses; and if they get married, they will withdraw from the imperial family and become ordinary people.
Also, since there are no boys, except in the Akishinomiya family, there is a high possibility that royalty will almost disappear when the succession of Akishinomiya's Prince Hisahito to the throne is held in due course.
Therefore, "the creation of imperial female family branches" is supposed to be considered promptly.
The creation of the Miyake by princesses should be also be recognized to enable them to remain in the Imperial family after marriage.Another opinion is that even if it is difficult to establish the Miyake, it should be possible for them to act as a royalty even after marriage.
Regarding the Japanese Imperial family, it is defined by the "Constitution" and the "ImperiaI Household Law."
In order to overcome this situation, revision to the Imperial Household Law is essential.
Moreover, the current Emperor indicated his intentions last year, saying that "It has become difficult to fulfill the obligations of the symbolic emperor due to aging."
It is recognized that the public's trust in the Imperial family is deep and that the role they play in diplomacy is great.
When the "amendment of the Imperial House Law" was debated for the facilitation of the the Emperor's abdication, interest in establishing a female imperial branch increased. Still, the current cabinet, which stuck to the idea of succession to the throne by a male, was reluctant, and the law could not be passed because there was a possibility that female descendants of the royal family could inherit the throne.
However, this spring, it became clear that the princess Mako, [...]

The logistics industry is screaming right now.
The labor union of the major home-delivery company Yamato Transport asked the company side to suppress the amount of parcel delivery receipts during the spring labor-management negotiations in 2017.
In other words, it is forced into a situation of "being unable to carry" any more.
Several factors have contributed to the situation, but the most likely cause is probably the expansion of online shopping.
With the explosive growth of Amazon and various e-commerce sites, the competition of "fast" and "cheap" has been intensified.
If ordered by noon, shops selling services, such as arrival at the next day, are commonplace, and goods arriving in the evening of the same day is not uncommon.
The rapid popularization of smartphones and tablets spurred the growth of online shopping, which facilitated comparison, and intensified sales competition.
In addition, compliance with consumers seeking free shipping pushed down courier profits and fell into a situation of imposing low wages and overworking employees.
While hands are limited, the amount of packages has increased dramatically. Additionally, the provision of services, such as redelivery, has strained employees physically and mentally.
It is not easy, of course, to replace employees who give up on harsh workplaces and quit.
It is inevitable that the delivery industry that have reached criticality in this way will reexamine their service content and employee duties.
Yamato Transport and others are embarking on reform, such as raising the price of courier fees and recognizing ways employees can work flexibly.
Meanwhile, there is also a need for common sense practices, such as setting up delivery boxes, so that users do not require redelivery.
It is necessary for both the home delivery industry and consumers, who have become accustomed to excessive servi [...]
