It's that time of year again when everyone seems to crack, what happens if you just push through though? Don't do it. If you take anything from this weeks episode where we talk about burnout and learning the language of your body - you need a break.
First of all we go on a bit of a tangent but it's an important one so it also makes the episode subject - we talk money and we normalise talking money with your friends. Again it only takes one person to be vulnerable and honest in a conversation and it opens the door for others. We realised that the worst part of going through something is actually the internal conversation, once you air it to someone it loses power over you. Talk to your friends, be honest, you will probably help them more then you know by being honest.
Secondly we get to what Tully wanted to discuss - understanding the language of your body. Seems quite a sexual title but it's the complete opposite. We talk about burnout and how to avoid burnout. From our own experiences and what we do now to know if our body is under stress. We have drunk the Kool Aid and do cold therapy but honestly it has helped and we talk about that experience. We will also share the wheel of life and how you can map out where you're at currently in different categories in your life and what might need a bit more attention on our Curious Conversations instagram page here. If you're on the Tik Tok doom scrolling you can also find us here.
