It's a tiny habit, a process that you know how to use consistently, so that at those times where you feel overwhelmed or distracted or bored, you don't have to think about it.
How do you develop a microhabit?
Pick some tiny practice that will take you less than 60 seconds to do.
Do it.
Do it again, but this time, document the process.
Do it again, but refine the documentation.
Next time you do it, time it.You now have not just a microhabit for the new habit you want to build. You also have a microhabit of how to build a process.
