House music · Legacy Dance Tribute · 2017. Volume 1 of this four-part tribute spotlights David Morales’s most influential remixes and productions, assembled as an introduction to the producer’s imprint on club culture. This mix collects Morales’s early floor-fillers and crossover reworks to show why he’s regarded alongside the genre’s defining figures.

Highlights include Shawn Christopher’s Another Sleepless Night (Morales Classic Mix), Whitney Houston’s So Emotional (Emotional Club Mix), and Diana Ross’s The Boss (Def Club Mix), alongside Morales’s definitive takes on Alison Limerick’s Where Love Lives and Basement Jaxx’s Bingo Bango. The sequence also nods to his pop-to-club conversions, such as the Backstreet Boys’ I Want It That Way (Morales Club Vocal), illustrating his range from soulful house to big-room remixes.

This set isn’t exhaustive but serves as a vibrant primer to Morales’s sound—swinging percussion, gospel-rooted vocals, and sculpted club dynamics that have kept dancefloors moving for decades.

This Legacy Dance Tribute (2016) celebrates DJ Barry Harris’s post-Thunderpuss resurgence with a career-spanning mix of official remixes, reworks, and inventive mashups. Party Favorz assembled Volume 1 as a concise portrait of his late‑career comeback, showcasing why major labels and club DJs reclaimed him after a long hiatus and why he remains a hands‑on remixer today.

Highlights include his club-ready reimagining of Adele’s "Hello," the theatrical Barry Harris take on Bonnie Tyler’s "Total Eclipse of the Heart," and tribal-leaning remixes of Sia and Calvin Harris. The set also nods to his playful bootlegs — a Justin Bieber/Madonna mashup and a Keisza vs. Antoine Clamaran fusion — plus original-flavored productions that bridge classic diva material and contemporary pop. Fans will find a balanced mix of nostalgia and current-club energy; Volume 2 is recommended for more of his recent work.

This Legacy dance tribute (2016) focuses on progressive and tribal house interpretations from Victor Calderone, assembled as part of a multi-volume salute. The mixes were recorded in single takes, later tightened and pre/post-mastered to deliver nearly ninety minutes of club-ready flow that leans on Calderone’s instinct-driven approach.

Highlights include three Madonna remixes alongside Calderone’s club reworks of Destiny’s Child and Superchumbo, plus unexpected dancefloor turns like Sarah Brightman’s Dust in the Wind and Olivia Newton-John’s Hopelessly Devoted To You. The Brightman track had a minor glitch that’s been fixed for this release, and the notes also clarify common remix misattributions from Calderone’s era.

If you know Calderone for long-form, roof-raising club mixes and his later, darker originals, this volume captures that arc with tight sequencing and a few deep surprises. Enjoy the ride through his influential progressive house catalog.

Legacy Dance Tribute — Hex Hector Mixology Volume 8 (2015) closes an eight-volume salute to one of club culture’s definitive remixers. This final instalment collects extended club mixes and peak-hour edits that showcase Hector’s gift for turning big vocal songs into dancefloor anthems while spotlighting longtime collaborators and co‑producers.
