Goodlawyer is an Alberta-based interactive, online service that provides legal solutions for startups. 

When company CEO and founder Brett Colvin was working at one of Canada's largest law firms as a corporate lawyer, he saw first hand every day that most people can't afford the legal help they need. The typical firm rates are simply out of reach, so he teamed up with a developer and a designer, left the firm, and started Goodlawyer.
