Lara has been skiing every month out of the year for the last 23 years in a row. Despite the obstacles of knee surgery, pregnancy, and life's challenges, she managed to make this a priority and keep her streak going. There's no stopping her from keeping the streak going and she shares how she's been able to accomplish this amazing feat all while raising kids, living a busy lifestyle, and working full time.

Noah is a full time ski instructor in Verbier, Switzerland. He talks about his experiences on the slopes, and how an injury drastically set him back as he was progressing in his career. Because he spends so many days on the slopes, he shares how he managed to rehab from his injury and how he keeps in body healthy to be able to perform the demands of his job throughout the ski season.
