Why does time feel like it goes so slow sometimes, yet others it seems like you can't make it slow down? In this episode, I discuss the concept of time and how it's impacted my life.

On this episode, Del Cupp describes her journey rehabbing from her 1st ACL rupture in 2021 and then rehabbing from a subsequent 2nd ACL rupture of the other knee in the 2022-2023 season. Contralateral tears (tears of the opposite knee after a previous ACL rupture) are not all that uncommon, and hopefully you can take what she's learned to help you through your rehab.

In this episode, I talk about my ski injury story and how it changed my perspectives on skiing for the long term. From this experience, I realized how much more injuries are more of a mental battle than a physical battle. If you're struggling with the mental aspects of rehab and you'd like to find support, I would highly suggest joining my FB group called 'Skihabilitation' https://www.facebook.com/groups/theskipt/?ref=share_group_link
