Legendary Creature - Podcast

Kyle continues the spirit of Andy's Risk Managment episode by exploring the alternatives for cards that tend to get removed. Though the ceiling may be lower, do we always need to include the flashiest permanents in our EDH decks—only to see them become removal magnets? With card examples provided by Patreon supporters and Kyle, the boys explore strategic swaps for commander decks that may save you some aggravation and money. What if building a commander deck was more like a risk management assessment? In this episode, Andy ciphers corporate principals of risk management onto the experience of looking at our EDH decks and contemplating how we approach new deck brews. Joined by Kyle, the two explore how deckbuilding decisions like over-reliance on the commander reliance, mana composition, strategy complexity, and more all carry inherent risks. It's artifacts, you fools! Well over 6 hours of artifacts. As much as one could talk about a card type from tokens, aggro, zone changes, equipment, vehicles and beyond. If it belongs in a museum or jingles and jangles, we are talking about it.
