Today on the show I have Leslie Gardineer. Leslie is a Black Belt, Pan American & Masters World Champion. Leslie is the co-owner of De Boa Jiu Jitsu in Surprise, AZ with Black Belt husband Andrew Gardineer.  Leslie has been teaching an all female BJJ class for over 9 years, averaging 20 women per class, and helps run the De Boa kid's BJJ classes as-well. Leslie runs the, "Just a Girl in a Jiu Jitsu World", all female jiu jitsu website/blog.

Leslie may not be the most known or famous Jiu Jitsu personality in the game but much like my previous guest Yoshi (and some others), she has an infectious personality that gravitates others to her. Being naturally magnetic and a connector is such a superpower when building a community and culture within an academy and Leslie is another example of this.
