I am really excited about this episode because today we get to chat with one of my really good friends, Husic. For those of you who don’t know Husic, he was one of our very first athletes with an amazing transformation over the years.
In hindsight it seems he was always this talented athlete however Husic had a long road to get to where he is now. Along the way he made mistakes that ultimately shaped his amazing character we all see. We go in depth in some of the key changes and habits he adapted along the way that resulted in his 100lb weight loss over the course of 5 years.

Today we dive in Matt's two unique starts in CrossFit, one in Florida and here in Vegas. Coming from a conventional gym background Matt wanted more but more specifically accountability. The group format allows him to stay consistent and work harder when there is people around him that challenges him. In his line of work its competitive in sales so he uses the sport component of CrossFit to be better in what he does daily.

A fear super common during this time but hopefully this episode will give you an idea to prevent financial crisis from happening again by incorporating some of these nuggets by Coach James.
When you value the simple things you already have, the desire to have more is just extra. If you put value on everything you currently have and value on everything you receive after, You just become more grateful overall and the desire to want more things becomes less.

1. Always save 10 percent of your income.
2. Create a Savings account for at least 3 months for emergency situations.

Five days into the quarantine we realize that more and more people are being consumed by my more fear. It is no secret that being fearful has a direct impact in your health so we want to be a source to help bring enlightenment to people by giving them tools to improve your mindset. These segments are not permanent cures to fight these fears but we hope it will bring these fears down a bit so you can keep staying healthy and crushing lives.
