On today's episode we have Coach Mike join us on his thoughts and ways to conquer one of the greatest fears, the fear of death. Prior to his career in coaching, Mike served the Marines for four years. We go over his pre ideas of life prior to enlisting and his current ideas on life after his service.
Like many fears, health is impacted in ways that many don’t realize. The effects can be physical, mental or oftentimes both.
Some of the common symptoms of this fear are inaction, avoidance, distractions, victim mindset, negative thinking, which are all slowing down a person's true potential. When this fear is conquered or used correctly we see real progress for our members.
