For the last decade, I have been overseeing & training sellers in my company, as well as in the consultatitive contracts I have with multi-million dollar coaching companies, to train their sellers.
I am also a retired seller.
I have a great deal of experience and hands-on time with sellers so it's safe to say that I know a thing or two about hiring and leading sellers in a service based company.
In today's podcast epsiode, I shed some serious light on huge gaps in our service space around who a seller is (and isn't) the responsibilities of a seller, along with what YOU the CEO of the company, needs to do BEFORE you ever even consider hiring a seller.
