Let's keep it real.

There are a million ways you can get to a million dollars.

But I don't believe they're all efficient, sustainable or scalable. I think MOST of them are dependent on a specific social platform, technology or you.

I like to build a LEAN business model that can run without me, stand any economic contraction and isn't dependent on Facebook or any platform, for that matter, telling me I can.

I also don't want to work harder than I need to and I am not cool with low profit margins.

Unless your head is in the sand, you're well aware of the market contraction and downturn. It's happening globally and not a single person is free of the impact.

Inflation is through the roof (and rising) costs are up, layoffs are rising and the online space is flooded.

BUT - the opportunity for everyone has never been greater! We have made some MAJOR shifts these past few months so that are sales consistently RISE (and actually with less effort) and we're adapting to the market shifts.

Over the last couple of months, I have spent a great deal of time, coaching my clients on what has changed, what is changing, what is and isn't working and HOW they need to be pivoting and adapting during this economic downturn.

“Do you have the problem and the money to invest in it?”

That ^^ is how *most* coaches qualify their leads. And that’s how I used to qualify too.

The problem with this is that those are not really what makes a qualified lead. Whether someone has a problem and money to invest doesn’t mean they’re qualified to get results with your work.

Qualifying is the first step in sales - you have to know (and quickly) who your buyers are and aren’t or the sales process can take a long time.

For many years in my business, I was not making the amount of money I wanted (or needed) even though, I was working insane hours.

...I was going live EVERY single week

...I was sharing MULTIPLE posts a day across ALL the platforms giving PURE value

...I was in the DMs most of the day talking to people and building rapport

I was doing "all the things" I was "supposed" to be doing...

What was so confusing (and quite honestly, frustrating as hell) was that the MONEY wasn't showing up. All my hard work wasn't producing the results I was seeing others get in far less time than me.

There was a reason this was happening - which I wasn't able to read the label from inside the bottle, meaning, I couldn't SEE it while it was happening, but now that I'm on the other side of it and have worked with thousands of coaches over the last 18 years, I can CLEARLY see and spot the reason this is also happening to many other coaches.
