In light of Mental Health Awareness Week 2020, I have dedicated a few of my podcast episodes to discuss topics around mental health.
In this episode I am joined by my fiancé , Dan Stoner, who has kindly volunteered to speak of his personal experience of Bipolar Disorder.
Dan is diagnosed with Bipolar Type 2 Rapid Cycling. In this episode he gives listeners an idea of what it can be like living with the symptoms that he experiences on a day to day basis.
We aim to define and explain Bipolar as best we can, however experiences can vary from person to person and not all those who have been diagnosed with Bipolar will experience similar to what is discussed here.
We hope this provides some insight into life with Bipolar for both the diagnosed individual and their loved ones.
