It’s such a process. Something that many people “think” they know what it is or have booked a session or two, but to really get in there and heal the wounding of a childhood takes a desire to stop people pleasing, ignoring your needs, feeling unseen, like an imposter, and rewiring your nervous system, belief system, and embark on a practice of deep discovery.
As someone who has been “doing the work” for nearly a decade with my own healer/mentor/therapist, I feel like it’s time to start sharing. It’s time to show you what is possible when you let go of what you thought you knew, and you embraced that little voice that’s told you there’s so much more to all this life than you were ever shown.
Nervous system regulation and repatterning the old beliefs can be a powerful way to manifest a new life for yourself. But it’s important to take it steps at a time and not have a forceful, rushed way about it. Today I share the beginning parts of how to be there for yourself and recognize the needs you have now, and the needs you may have had then. It’s a good solid baseline and we are only scratching the surface!
