Most people when they're a kid always wanted to be famous but what's it like being a child star? We asked Ariel Kaplan who was that kid we all wanted to be growing up - a famous actress on two of Australia's most popular TV shows - The Saddle Club and Neighbours.

From being on stage in theatre and plays instead of being on the playgrounds at primary school Ari didn't have a conventional childhood. She has always been working and always been in front of people. What was like that for her? Did it have an impact on her life? Luckily social media wasn't like what it is now. How did she transition from being an actress to working as a coach and fitness instructor getting the most out of people.
