Uncertainty is a part of life and our first reaction to it is usually to run from it rather than embrace its presence. In this week's episode, we talk about what uncertainty is, why we as humans run away from it, and how to navigate and empower ourselves to handle uncertainty.

How can you manage and handle Uncertainty when it arises?
Take back control of who is running the show, meditate, before making a decision connect within and come from a centered place. If you don’t know what to do then give yourself space to ground back to the moment before you decide.
Do what you CAN do and what IS in your control
Affirmations when you’re feeling anxious: I am safe, I am protected, everything is working out for my highest good, I am exactly where I need to be right now, life is happening for me, not to me, I am surrounded in light and protection, I trust in my higher power to guide and protect me in uncertain times.
Avoid consuming content of negativity, fear, despair, and replace it with positive podcasts, videos, and music that leaves you feeling good!Trust and Faith are the practice of letting go and surrendering to something bigger than your ego. Starting a spiritual practice where you are building a relationship with your god/source/creator/energy is most likely to give you that feeling of peace and acceptance. It comes from making time for the things that make you feel connected and in touch with your spirituality that lives within all of us.
