Specifically speaking about the Black community more women, queers, and nonbinary folks are in therapy, holistically healing, and doing things to better their mental health, but Black men, particularly Black cishet men, aren't. I've done a podcast with a Queer Black man in season 2, but I feel the more conversations with Black men about mental health the better. So in this podcast episode, I had the pleasure of speaking to a young, cishet Black man about his journey with mental health.
