In this episode I dissect Victimhood. We dig into what being a victim is and how it can stop most of us from progressing in life. Do we recognize when we're victims and how we can make changes to help our lives be what we want it to be? Have you checked your inner Victim lately?

In this episode I review the Fresh Prince of Bel Air Reunion (HBO Max) and two Red Table Talk episode that showed a level of healing work that I feel a lot of us need to do in order to show up better in life and community. As a part of community healing and mental health we need to recognize certain patterns that hold us back from connecting with others and forming the love and kindness we all deeply deserve. I hope 6you enjoy this episode and gain something profound!

I haven't been in the best mindset. I've put one of my goals on the back burner and just need the rest of the work to put more effort into it. You can connect with me here : https://linktr.ee/amarachicrystal

In this episode I wanted to have a loose outline and lighten up your day a little. I share a bit of comedy and satire as we all await the election. We are literally in a movie, in what will be historical times, and I'm choosing to still find a sense of joy in the world right now. Remember that you always have control and autonomy over your own life, no one can tell you differently.

In this episode, I am joined by a close friend of mine, Karen Pancho. We sit and talk about one of the hardest moments in friendships we've had and how we overcame it, including one of the happiest and proudest moments we've had in friendship. Having a supportive group of friends where times are so complicated allows you to keep your mental health in balance. I hope the conversation we have is enjoyable!

This episode was prerecorded. I was feeling a sense of clarity and needed to talk about where my mind has been during COVID 19 Quarantine. Recognizing purpose, wanting to move, embracing my growth, and seeing the possibilities I never thought I had. If anything positive came out of COVID it would be having the possibility to truly sit and ponder about what I want my life to be like, and knowing I can live exactly as I want to and not through my loyalty to family, friends, or attachment to the current society I live in. I hope you enjoy this walk into my head!

It's been a heavy year, and we'll need some healing to get through this year and then soon! I was drawn to speak about trauma, specifically, childhood trauma because we forget that a lot of how we, even those making the rule of us as a country, and those we are in charge of, see the world all handle our lives stem from how we grew up. In its episode, I educate you on what childhood trauma is, speak about my journey, and how what steps I took to deal with my Adverse Childhood Experience. I believe you can too.
