Everyone says the 40's are the new 30's and we needed to find someone who has really stepped into their own and transformed their life in their 40's and who else but the inspirational Alex Pike.

We chat about becoming an aspiration figure in your 40's, how life changes as we get older and how have friendships and relationships evolved for her in her 20's, 30's and now 40's? When and how did she find and build her confidence which inspired her new online program Inside Outside Beauty.
