I once was addicted to sugar, or so I thought. In diet cultures opinion I was SOOOOO addicted to sugar. I thought I was too. I believed them. I was out of control around sweets, play food and like really uncontrollable. This made me miserable. I felt so ashamed and guilty, I just wanted to be like my "normal friends."
It wasn't until two years post-diet culture break up that I learned the truth. Let me share this truth with you and help you end your sugar addiction.

Okay, it makes me SO upset the bad reputation that cravings get and have gotten for years now. They are NOT evil and they are actually very useful if we know how to hear them, understand them and respond in a way that helps us feel and operate our best.
Of course diet culture and society ruin that for us among many things. SO today I want to talk about why your cravings are actually your friend, how to listen and how to respond as well as more. Tune in!
