Plus, The plaintiff, an Ohio Buckeyes fan, claims the defendant, a Michigan fan, attacked him at the bar when his team lost, so he’s suing. The defendant admits that he and the plaintiff got into an altercation, but he insists the plaintiff instigated the fight.
