Not only because the inventor himself says “Coaches have used my “RICE” guideline for decades, but now it appears that both Ice and complete Rest may delay healing, instead of helping.”

In „Busting myths“ we take a look at old knowledge or common practices that are outdated. Backed with science, we will bust to the bottom of the myth and find out what is actually working and proven.
