Terrianne Reynolds, Health Systems Director for the Alzheimer’s Association, joins Lisa Dent to look at the latest numbers and research showing that the lifetime risk of dementia after age 55 is 4 in 10. Reynolds also offers some helpful tips to reduce your risk, such as regular physical activity, keeping your brain active, healthy eating and, most importantly, protecting your head from injury.
