I love Sherrilyn Kenyon so what can I say
I love Sherrilyn Kenyon so what can I say? I love her style and I loved this story. It was too short is the only negative but it was meant to be short. I love to escape into her books.
    Dracula Alternative
I love anything by her. The Dark Hunters are awesome. I loved the characters who skirted the edge of the Dracula myth. Sherrilyn Kenyon is a master story teller.
A great perspective on the overdone Dracula character
A great perspective on the overdone Dracula character. I know it was intended as a novella, but they are not my favorite.. especially if I really love the character and I want to know more and this book felt a little rushed, not in a bad way, just to me because I wasn't ready for it to end, which translates to a character that I would really wanted to know more about. Still a great read as usual, Kenyon delivers.
    An easy read.
The story of Velkan and Esperetta flows well. Another GREAT SK story. I recommend it to all DH fans to add more color to an already awesome story.
    Love it
Omg loved this book... its one of my favorites. I absolutely did not want it to end. I hope to read more of these two in the future

oh no, I have to wait for book 2!?!
This is the book I want to read and share with everyone... I love the humanity and the Divine gently reminding me I'm not alone and that sometimes I just need to STAND!
    wonderous
the book was enjoyable. Very good for mixed company. tries to teach the value of faith in God. normally I would not find this an interesting book.
    Loved!
A very well rounded story of adventure, love, suspense and best of all, a powerful look into the spirit realm, addressing the battle that is always going on beneath the surface. Narrator was spot on, excellent with characterization and voices.
    Christian Thieves ? It Works!
I loved the skills Mary Lu Tyndal uses to weave a Godly plot in with ungodly characters. The use of holy relics in an unholy time is realistic. The portrayal of the heavenly warriors and description of evil are realistic and scriptural. The narrator read 3/4 perfect. The first few chapters were too fast.
    Inspirational Faith Based
Loved it! If you're looking for inspirational faith based book, this is the book for you. I wait, anticipating the release of the next book.
The narrator is one of my favorites and does an excellent job.

    Love it
I loved these 3 books they are amazing I love the characters and the plot just beautiful read
    Whiney heroine
The only interesting thing about these books is the fact that the characters are mermaids. The heroine Ash is mostly whiney and dependant on everybody throughout the first two books. Tatiana is only really featured in the last book and is only really independent for the last couple of chapters.
    Good til the last Drop
The reason I gave it a 4 is the narration changed accent for one of the character in book 3.

Zeki Janowitz has returned to his hometown of Wolf's Paw to start his wizarding career. Unfortunately, Wolf's Paw, a werewolf refuge, follows centuries of tradition and shuns human magic and a very human Zeki. He knows he's in for a struggle, but a part of him has always belonged in the mountain town, or rather belonged to Theo Greenleaf. Years away at school haven't lessened Zeki's crush on the quiet werewolf. When town gossip informs him Theo still suffers from his mate's rejection and does not date, it does little to ease Zeki's embarrassing feelings. He decides now's the time to get the man he's always wanted.
Werewolves usually don't recover from losing their mates, and Theo barely pulled through by focusing on his love of baking. It's a daily struggle, and Zeki's return to Wolf's Paw shatters his peace. Theo doesn't know what to think when Zeki attempts to woo him, talking about his wizarding business and settling in town for good. It's like Zeki doesn't have a clue how his words years before left Theo a shell of a werewolf.
Beginners in love, Theo and Zeki must seduce each other with a bit of heavenly baking and magic.

Much better narrator than the first two
I was hesitant to get this because I really love this series and the first two books has bad narrators.... But I think they found a winner with Robert Nieman. This book, with Mr Niemans narration, was as good, if not better, than when I read it myself on kindle. I truly do love this series, and for me, it was important for them not to screw up the narration of this book because this is the first book of the series I read.
    i lovd it
it was so good it made me want the book to not end it is definitely one to get
Fans of the series will be happy!
This is book three in the series and its a bit different (to me) than than the first two. For one, though it is still written in a way thats very rich, it doesnt feel as convoluted as the first two.
I have mixed feelings about this book. On the one hand, I hate the fact that the MCs are separated until the 70% point by a simple MISUNDERSTANDING. Gah! I hate that. Everyone literally knows these guys are mates, but Zeki. I dont understand why he wasnt told and it made me crazy that this was the central hurdle.
I think there was enough between them, beyond that knowledge, that they could have worked through, without the big secret.
If you ignore that fact, you get a sweet story of two members of a different race trying to find a connection and bridge gaps of prejudice and ignorance, and that, is enough of a story to be compelling.
    R. Cooper is a gifted writer, but sometimes I feel like the stories just drag a bit in the middle. Things that could be resolved quickly tend to take a long time.
I love the magical elements, and the emotions being poured into the baking, and sweetness of each of the characters. I dont love how long everything drags out.
For fans of the author and this series, this is highly recommended. For fans of shifter novels, Id read some reviews and decide if its for you based on a few of those. Its not a typical shifter story, and though there is a mate pull its not the urgent got to have it now kind of thing you might be looking for.

    Timely Love
The Goode Witch Matchmaker, Book 1
    By: Cate Lawley
    Narrated by: Sonja Field
This was such a cute story about a witch that plays matchmaker. The witch has a very short part. The main story is the couple. It is a time travel story, which normally I hate, but this is done so well that I really loved it. It is a short book but well worth the time. Lovely.
The narrator was perfect for this story!
    entertaining
entertaining and funny a good read and a good listen. great author a must-have book.
    About Time
I really was enjoying this book. Great characters, good reader, and then it stopped. That's why I only gave it a 4 . I felt light it was just getting interesting. How would all the changes go?
    Sweet story
this was a nice sweet short story... I really liked it, a HEA with no cheating.
    Great read and listen..
OK, that was a really delightful short read. No angst, no misunderstandings, no sex, just a great little love story. Aaaand, it WASNT written in the first person, like 99% of all witchy stories are. And they usually have a terrible narrator, too. This narrator was really good.
This was about witch Glenda Goode who brought two people together through time. First Beth went back to 1899 and met Edward, several times, and then Edward came forward to 2016 to be with Beth. If you want to know if they stayed in her time or went back to his youll have to read the novella. I really wish this had been a full novel, it was that good.
HOWEVER, I wont be listening to the next one in the series because Ghostly Love has 202 pages and the price has been raised to $7.49 and paying that much for 202 pages is never going to happen. Not when this one cost $1.99.
As to the narration: Id never heard of Sonja Field before but she did a great job on the voices and the emotions. I would definitely listen to her again. She didnt give Edward a deep voice but she gave him a really nice one.

    SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!
I think this is my favorite book so far (although each one has been superb). Seriously grinning from ear to ear as the narrator (who is phenomenal btw) said "the end."
I bought this as a cushion between credits and I am so glad I did! 10/10 across the board!
    Fabulous
I love all of Michelle and Pillow's books but this one by far was the best so far. As always her books are very entertaining and she has a wonderful imagination.
    Review
Have loved all these books so far. Also loved the dragon series can't wait until the pirate one comes out on audible.
    PLAYBOY MANSION IN OUTERSPACE
This is another fun, entertaining, and sexy story from Michelle M. Pillow and Michael Ferraiuolo. It's as good if not better than the previous books.
Thank goodness for hot sex scenes and Prince Reid
Thank goodness for hot sex scenes and Prince Reid. Jazmine had me ready to stop this book and say forgot it multiple times throughout the story. Michelle M. Pillow, Jazmine was the worst female lead character you have written about in all of the 10 books of yours I read so far. She was beyond annoying, snobby and clueless. Prince Reid was so funny in the other books. Moody Jazmine playing with his heart killed his vigor and humor. Wow this could have been a lot better.

The world belongs to vampires now, and 21-year-old small town girl Fay Turner thought it meant that every human like her was destined to be a slave or a servant.
Then, William, an ancient vampire, came and set her free.

Developing an infatuation while solving a crime linked to an influential patriarch - and earning plenty of enemies in the process - is probably not a great idea; it doesn't stop William. He just can't help himself, wherever he goes, Fay is foremost in his mind, consuming him until he knows he has to have her.
Age of Blood is a series of steamy, paranormal romance novels with dark and explicit content.
    Each book is a stand-alone.
    Members Reviews:
    Great start
I love vampires and grab almost every book with them in it. However, this one surprised me a little. I didn't think I would like it as much as I did because of how short it was. But it was really good and drew me in. Faye is a sweet woman who is learning who she is and what she wants in this world. Love a strong female lead that knows asking for help doesn't make you weak.
William is an old vamp with a taste for sex and protection. He doesn't see humans as only a meal ticket but as equals. He saves them one at a time.
I don't have much to say without spoilers but I really did enjoy this book. Oh the narration was spot on! Great job!
    Great Story.
I enjoyed this story. The narration was excellent. I will definitely read the next book in the series. I would like to know what plot is developing with the paranormals of this series. I want to find out more about Fay and her heritage and see how her relationship is affected.
    Vampires Rule
This is the first May Sage book/audio I've experienced. I thought the PNR world created was really interesting and the characters were pretty sexy. I would have like to see more action between Faye and William honestly, but this book definitely set up their world and introduced me to something I'd like to read more about. I thought the narration for this audio book was right on the money. Both narrators were engaging and didn't just talk or drone through the story. Since I'm picturing Williams as a more masculine alpha type of character, a deeper voice may have helped a bit, but it was still really good. I would recommend to others for sure.
Sexy fantasy with a dash of mystery. I need more!!
This is a great story. I was afraid that because the book isn't very long that there wouldn't be much detail or development, but I was wrong. May Sage does a wonderful job at world-building and character development. I found Fey vulnerable, yet feisty in just right measure. William was hot. Lol. Handsome, rich and a totally hero. What's not to like? I loved the little nods to Twilight because you gotta add that into a vampire book, duh. I wasn't expecting the cliffy at the end, but very happy that the story continues.
The narration in this audio was really enjoyable. I'm definitely looking forward to the next installment of the story.

    Hot Hot Hot
Would you listen to Revived by Malm again? Why?
Yes because it was steamy with a strong willed heroine and traffic is easier to deal with when I am listening to an audio book
What was one of the most memorable moments of Revived by Malm?
When the couple realizes that they are each other's mate.
Which character as performed by Johanna Fairview was your favorite?
    Malm, he was stoic.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The entire book was pretty entertaining. I would love the water.
    I'm liking it
I'm liking this book more than I thought I would. The language is a little stiff & formal at times, then I like that it's part of the Olodians- something different. I like the level of intelligence in the dialogue with touches of "earthiness". I'm guessing that Mychal is a Woman of Color from the heroines and some dialogue; and I have to say I'm looking forward to more books written by her.

    Publisher's Summary:
Mattie Carver has relinquished the world of magic, with all its dark temptations. In six weeks, she'll marry Ben Ward and claim the safe, small-town life she craves. But Mattie's talents as a reliquary - someone able to smuggle magic within her body - make her a valuable commodity, even to those she trusts the most. Forced out of retirement by a painful betrayal, she must seek the help of the man she's tried desperately to stay away from: Ben's estranged brother, Asa.
Asa, a sensor and magic dealer, may have saved Ben months ago, but he's complicated Mattie's life beyond imagining. Trailed by lethal mobsters through Chicago's seamy magical underbelly and an eerie traveling carnival, Mattie struggles to endure the priceless magic she's holding and her feelings for Asa. Once, she thought she'd chosen her path. Now the only option may be to succumb to the destiny that's choosing her, and hope she's strong enough to survive.

    Mixed feelings continue
This book is pretty similar to the first. I still love Asa's character, and still want to punch Mattie for her stupidity when it comes to her fiance. This dragged on way to long, and I almost wanted to quit in protest. It was pretty ridiculous. The things Ben does in this book are beyond unacceptable, but Mattie stays with him like an abused puppy.
That said, there were some good adventures, and Asa makes the other frustrations worth while. He is always there to fix everything and take care of her. Mattie even has some heroic moments and saves him in places too. Some other new and interesting characters are also introduced.
Mattie finally redeems herself, but it takes up until the final minutes of the book to do so.
    Just 1 thing wrong...
Where was Mattie's anger? Seriously! Asa was right to question that and I was too. I don't want to spoil anything but I wish she had let go and gone OFF on a certain someone at least ONCE! Other than that, I thought it was a great second book. Full of danger, adventure and a little heat (maybe needs more of that in book 3). Also, I like that there are surprises in this book and I can't always figure out the outcome. Can't wait for book 3.
    Good Series; Excellent Narration
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
    My review from Goodreads:
Book 2 is also excellent, though I at times wanted to shake the MC for her thought, actions, and behaviors. She just handles things in a way that is quite different from me, though that should be expected, as she is not me.
This book suffers under the illusion of a love triangle, though it's clear one point of the triangle doesn't belong in the equation.
loved the whole book, and the characters.
the narrator was awesome. Sarah Fine is a great author, want to read all her books.
If you liked book one you'll like book two.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Asa is definitely my favorite character and has more depth than people give him credit for. He cares about those he sees under his protection and does what has to be done for them regardless of the pain it causes him.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I did listen to it all in one sitting.
