LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

After making it through so many ups and downs to finally get to where Marc and Sophia want to be which is with each other and planning their wedding, they only need one thing. Sophia's Dad Mike's Blessing and he won't give it unless they don't see each other for 3 months. They reluctantly agree but there is danger surrounding Sophia and Marc fears for her safety. How can he protect her and not be with her?

Leo; Sophia's handsome co-star is more than happy to step in and take over Marc's role. He is funny and her father approves of him. Will Sophia choose to wait the 3 months and be with Marc or will this time apart be to much with the handsome Leo by her side daily?

OMG!!! I love this series so much and I loved this book. I never knew what was going to happen next. It truly was a roller coaster that I would love to ride again and again. S.K. Quinn you make me laugh, cry, yell, scream and you melt my kindle. I loved this story and I have to say it truly is one of my favorite series and I hope I see many more books to come about Sophia and Marc. Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful love story.

Nicely Wrapped up

This is the final installment in the Ivy Series and I had been truly waiting to see where Marc and Sophia's story would lead. S.K. Quinn delivered the story that brought all of the loose ends together and gave us ending to remember. Although this was not my favorite book of the series it was just as well written as the previous books.

The story picks up shortly after where Book 2, Where the Ivy Grows ends. Marc and Sophia are dealing with the after effects of Giles Getty's arrest and trying to get her career off the ground. While at the theater their "moment" is interrupted and so story begins.

The story seemed to focus more on family this time around. Sophia's dad suffering from his own personal issues has now decided to withhold his blessing to a marriage. He believes that Marc and Sophia should spend time apart from one another in order to determine if they are truly made for one another. What shocked me was Marc's willingness to go along with such a demand, but as usual Marc has underlying reasons which he chooses not to share.

Book 7

Although this is book 7 I was able to get the story of the audiobook.

Worth the wait

One of my favorites of the series. Ive been waiting for Trenton to get his own story. Separated from my Love did not disappoint. I didnt initially like a Genevieve very much. So it did take me a little bit to warm up to her. But she won me over and could see why she acted the way she did. Loved meeting new characters and catching up with the oldest ones. But especially love love loved Alice finally getting to see someone from her past! Great story as all the linked through time books are

Not as good as the last book in the series

I liked the last audiobook in this series. It's the same narrator and so I thought I would try it out.

The story wasn't very fun. There was too much time spent on dysfunctional relationships that were not particularly interesting or romantic. It's more of a modern romance even though they do end up in Regency England for a few chapters.

I think if you like this series you should definitely have a listen as the characters are from earlier on.

I like the author, I like some of the books in this series (I haven't read/listened to them all), I like the narrator but for some reason...it just wasn't great...

This one didn't call to me as much

I've only listened to books 5 and 6 (including 7, obviously) in this series. While I enjoyed 5 and 6, book 7 didn't really call to me or hold my attention as the other two. There weren't any issues that I noticed, yet it seemed to take me a lot longer to get through the story. It's probably just me, but I felt the sex scene at the end of the story wasn't really needed. Obviously, the two main characters are in love and want to finally "get together." Ending the story with the two main characters having sex, I don't know, maybe the scene was just too graphic because I don't feel like it fit with the rest of the story.

Given that I listened to this story instead of reading it, I also felt that there was a lot more narration as opposed to dialogue between the characters. Therefore, it was somewhat hard to tell when the narrator stopped narrating and the characters began speaking to each other.

Entertaining series

I've been intrigued by Trenton and Genevieve's story since book one and I've skipped ahead a couple of titles in order to get to the conclusion. However, in doing so I also missed a little bit of Genevieve's adventures.

I have only had a hand full of audio books that I have listened to and this is one of the ones that I would recommend that you listen to. thank you Kathy for writing such a great book

Gotta love some action with your romance

I'm really enjoying this series, the books are all a great combination of action and romance.

I really liked Della, I loved that she remained a strong person even with everything that she was dealing with. Her caring attitude to the people in her life was also really endearing. And, oh my goodness were there ever sparks with Colton (sp?), this bit of romance was red hot!

If you're after a story that will make you alternate between signing in pleasure and gripping the edge of you seat then this is a book for you.

The narration is excellent, I really enjoyed the character voices and the delivery was a great match for the differing tensions in the book.

I was given this book for an honest review by Wicked Reads.

This was a fast paced, on the run type story. Christie wants to live her life - nobody telling her what to do, how to be - she wants her independence. When she finds herself in a sticky situation, she not only has to think fast, but she has to accept Trace's help.

Despite the FBI's attempts, they are having a very difficult time keeping Christie from harm. Her ex-husband is supposed to go to trial soon and he is set on getting away - Christie is the one witness that can truly harm his case.

With bullets flying, running for their lives and trying to stay a step ahead of the assassins, Trace and Christie have their work cut out. They do find some time to develop a relationship, but their chemistry was far better while running than romantically.

Everyone is pulling all the stops out - FBI, Trace and the CoS friends in order to keep Christie safe, but Salvatore is also pulling all the stops out - he wants to take Christie out.

I enjoyed this story a lot and felt that it was more of a thriller than a romance, but overall, really liked it.

On Fire!

Taking Fire is the third book in the Deadly Intent series and I seriously hope she continues on with it. While each book is a standalone, they are best read in order to understand what has been going on in the complete storyline arc. This book is about agent Trace Davidson and Christie Reyes. Who, if you remember, was taken hostage by her cartel husband at Bella and Dylanâs wedding.

Trace is pretty much in love with Christie and hasnât stopped thinking about her since the last time he saw her. He knows that sheâs now divorced from Salvatore, who abused her. Trace has no tolerance for men who abuse women, especially since it happens in his own family with his uncle, and in the past with his mother. Now, Christie has decided to come see Bella give birth, and no one is going to stop her. An informant lets Trace know that Salvatore has ordered a hit on Christie for as soon as she steps off the plane. From there, itâs a race against time to keep her safe from Salvatore and the cartel until she can testify against Sal at his trial.

Lots of great action and suspense here, the story runs smoothly and quickly as Trace tries to keep Christie safe while fighting his feelings for her.

Another great addition to this amazing series!

An amazing book that is compelling as well as emotionally captivating! A fast paced, dangerous, and suspenseful story that's every parents worst nightmare. Joe and Naomi tried to date years ago which ended in a disastrous first date. She refused to let him explain the situation and for the next 4 years it was very uncomfortable and intense between them. When circumstances regarding her son get beyond her control, she finally asks Joe for help, which he's more than happy to do. Will they be able to help her son get out of the dangerous situations that he's gotten himself into? Will Joe and Naomi ever get the chance to explore the intense feelings they have for one another?Â

This series is not like any other I have ever read before, and it has definitely become one of my most favorites! I love the realism of each story, characters that are easy to relate to and very likeable, men who are protective of those they care about and strong independent women who are just as protective, lots of action, suspense, mystery, and intriguing twists that will have you turning the pages faster to see what happens next!

If you haven't read any of this series, I suggest that you start from the beginning. Not only will you get to read amazing stories, but you'll also learn about all of the wonderful characters and their "family" in Cedar Tree. You won't be disappointed!

Another fantastic instalment in the Cedar Tree series!!

Well hell....Freya's gone and done it again!!!

I've loved the Cedar Tree books since I picked up Slim to None and this series had just gotten better and better as it's progressed. Clean Lines is another fantastic read!!!

This is Joe and Naomi's story. We were introduced to both characters in the earlier Cedar Tree books and knew that there was some kind of history between them and it was interesting to find out just what had happened in the past.

Naomi is a great character. A hard working, strong, independent lady who is a single mum of a teenage son, oh yeah, she also has a distinct lack of trust when it comes to the opposite sex... admittedly she's got reason to feel as she does and Joe, silly bugger that he can be, doesn't give her any more reason to trust him when they first try to get together.... talk about misunderstanding and lack of communication.........

and so to Joe - he's the local sheriff and and an all round good guy, who unfortunately has had a slight tendency to bugger things up when it comes to Naomi.

With paranormal not being my usual genre of choice I was skeptical of its ability to engage me. Wow, was I wrong. Mystery, romance and paranormal weave together to create a suspenseful, fast-paced read. The characters draw you into their world and keep you engaged until the end of the story. I will definitely want to read more in the series.

I love this book!!!!

This is the first book that I have read/listened to by this author, so I did not know what to expect.

The thing that attracted me to Mind Waves is the description, it sounded interesting and I thought I have to give it a go. I am so glad I did because I loved it!

This is a paranormal romance with no sex scenes (this happens behind closed doors), just kissing, some violence but not graphic and sporadic profanity. I thought the author did this really well which I was not expecting. Usually this is what you would find a lot of in this type of genre. The author does not just concentrate on the romance but on the plot as well so there is a balance between them. I love the mind reading. It was confusing to begin with but as the book progresses I understood it more.

The author also surprised me with part of the ending because I did not see it coming, which shows that the author is really good with playing with words/misconception.

I would highly recommend this book! I would definitely be checking out the authors other books.

When I found out that the author was narrating the Mind Waves I thought that might be a bad thing, but the author surprised me. She is really good at voicing the characters, however, I heard swallowing throughout the book. If it was not for this I think she would be a great narrator.

Entertaining read from start to finish

I thoroughly enjoyed this paranormal romance. I'd classify it as "sweet" on the hotness scale.

The storyline was unique, and the heroine' s issues with trust were really put to the test by the hero. After all, it would take a mountain of trust to stay with someone who could alter your memories!

The Claiming Her series was a great read. Each of the three books had a unique story to tell. I'm glad things worked out the way they did for each of the characters.

Love these books have me reading all night

Addicted to Parker!

One of the things I love the most about stories written by Becca Jameson is that there is a story beyond the hot, mind-blowing sex! The Prize, Book 3 in the Claiming Her series, is the story of Parker and Meagan. Weâve met both of these characters in the first two books as friends of Amy, Cheyenne, Cade, and Riley.

When Meagan was ten years old two men broke into her familyâs home to rob it. Meagan had to do the unthinkable in order to save herself and her parents. She shot the two men, one died and the other was wounded and later sent to jail. For 15 years Meagan has been hiding in plain sight. She is an accountant that lives well below her means. She has friends but keeps her past a secret.

Enter Parker! He unbalances her. Meagan canât think when Parker is in her space. The chemistry between the two is tangible. Although Meagan doesnât see herself as a submissive she submits to Parker time and time again loving the way he takes control so she doesnât have to think. Even with all the feelings Meagan has for Parker (and Parker has for Meagan) she runs every chance she gets. Meagan considers herself broken and not deserving of the care Parker provides.

The last few chapters or the story are full of heart-stopping scenes that lead to Parker and Riley saving Meagan and Cheyenneâs lives, Meagan changing her name and runningâagain, and a reunion that is so heartfelt and sweet it gives the reader a sense of peace, love, and loyalty. I loved the ending!!

OMG

I love this one. Meagan comes with a lot of baggage. Goes through a lot and keeps trying to run. Parker tries to help her, but she keeps running from him. I felt for Meagan and what she was going through. I really liked how Parker kept being there and trying to help. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. I'm not going to rune the story for anyone, you are going to have to read it to find out the details.

... ... ... I'm pretty sure Jace is the most sissy MC president I have ever read about. These stories are all over the place, chaotic, and sometimes boring. Harsh... but for me true... and Classic has a severe case of bipolar disorder. She literally loves jace and the club, then hates them... and then planing for children with jace again. She is sick of the violence, then wanting to kill people. I don't mind chaos and can get the times when you have endured too much and snap but this chick is ridiculous. It almost reads like the story is just being stretched to make another book damn the consequences....

not worth time or money

This story is chaotic at best. I wasted my time and money. I will never read another book by this author.

Loved it! Lexy always delivers.
