More Sex

This is part 2 of a story that I am sure will have other parts. It was very quick and mostly sex. a story was mixed in between the sex scenes but they prevailed.

Omg HOT! Yes I said it your thinking it.

These two no wonder they are mates. I have to say I love that Jane accepted who Lee was right away. And the feelings they feel she accepted him as her mate too.

David is a character alright. I cant wait to see whats going to happen in the next book with him and the others.

Jane and the puppys comments killed me, I loved that and the way Lee calmed her down.

Loved the narration for this book!

You really can't go wrong with a phenomenal author and an amazing narrator that truly brings the story to life. Fantastic!!!

I am in love with this series and I will jump at every single opportunity I get to review not only the books, but the audio books as well.

These characters are ones I will always cherish. Their journeys are memorable adventures that as a reader, I can't help but crave more of.

Tremaine, Liz, and Robert's story was fantastic and HOT. Oh my goodness!! Listening to those steamy scenes was something else, let me tell ya! Now, if you're in public while listening, be prepared for the most awkward feeling ever! I kept looking around, all paranoid, thinking people KNEW what I was listening to! Lol!

Liz has truly been through SO much, alongside Robert and Tremaine. A LOT of heartache. James was pure EVIL. Sheesh. I truly loathed his character. He hurt and in many ways, broke, a lot of people. A lot. He was just.... EVIL.

Liz's relationship with Robert and Tremaine worked for them. They all completed each other and were what they unknowingly needed. It was different, but it was them.

What a brilliant story

Firstly i would have to say that if you are a fan of werewolf stories then you will need to get this. secondly i would say that if you are not a fan of werewolf stories then you should get it anyway. the story is just brilliant. the twists and turns , the very evolution of the plotline and the characters are so carefuly planned out. just brilliant.

i read one werewolf story before this, by a different author, and although the background to the story was great, it wasnt the best. i think this story has reintroduced the very idea of something i had written off. what i did notice was a remarkable ability to write a non linear storyline. this is a tale that does not just flow from beginning to end. there is much more to it than that as you follow the events surrounding the main character you take a journey forward and back through time to guide the plot along. what was most exciting about it was the last 30% of the story on the kindle. that is the part of the story where i was flipping pages and reading faster.

the cruelty of it all hit me in full when the author left me with one hell of a cliff hanger ending. now i need the next one. that is the mark of a great story, she has now sucked me in and i need more.

Nice, surprising and exciting story! You won't put it down!

I like the imagination of the author for this one! The way the author introduced her story, characters and the plot with Conner into a mental institution for believing he to be a werewolf, was fantastic.

Ms. Stork has a lot of creativity and a good sense of plotting, humour and entertainment. I have to say that the little twist at the end was a great surprise and surely quite interesting!

Erin is a psychologist who's working at the same mental institution where Conner is detained. She was assign to his case. But Conner isn't a standard patient. He seems to believe he's a real werewolf! Oh Yeah! You got me with this punch line!

The whole werewolf background surrounding Conner's. His past, his life since he's in the mental institution, his life as a werewolf and/or human was well described and pretty fun to discover! But the most interesting part was when Conner is trying to convince Erin of his true nature. When Erin begins to doubt, the story got into full speed and everything rush in!

The only bad point (if it's a bad point); it's the fact that it's too long before we learn the true about Erin, Conner and everything about the whole story.

Of to read book 3 now 'Love's Last Bite'. Sure hope it is made into an audiobook soon so I can listen to all 3 at once.

The only thing worse than the story is the narration, or is that the other way around...

This is a fantastic sequel!

Oh wow! The proverbial s**t hits the fan in this sequel!

We start off with our MCs on vacation, relaxing and enjoying themselves and cementing their feelings for one another. But John is still not quite fully committed and Vin still hasnt confessed his Big Secret.

This time, Johns world and Vinces collide more succinctly as a vampire is causing trouble in the human world and John has to try to catch a murderer at the same time Vince tries to keep things under control.

I was frustrated a bit by Johns reluctance to fully share his feelings, but the pace of the story moves us along quickly enough so that we are compelled by the drama of the criminal investigation so deeply as to not perseverate on that hang up for long.

For me, things get the most interesting once John finds out about Vince and his family and spends time in Vinces world. Thats when the relationship really deepens and all the magic begins.

While Chip Wood does an amazing job with the accents and the Italian words, he sometimes comes across a bit woodenly in the non-dialog sections. However, he is still really good and this is definitely the best way to enjoy this amazing sequel.

Highly recommended to fans of the first book, I think this was even better than book one!

PARK'S MON WAS TRULY AWFUL!!

This one is Park's story from her little girl to adult perspective....Park's mom was a horrid woman who was a prostitute and tried to sell Park as a young teen also...well Park wouldn't have it...she secretly got her diploma and do to the kindness of a stranger was able to escape to California and go to UCLA...she left her mother in good riddance...and never looked back...this story takes us up to the night she went on that failed date with Zach...it was a good story!!

Park's Story!

I absolutely LOVED this short novella by C.L. Quinn. This story is about Park and the author has opened the door for some people like myself who has questions. Now that I've listened to this story alot of my questions have been finally answered. I must say if you haven't had a chance to read/listen to this series yet then start with this one first but I still must recommend that even if you're like me and have read/listened to the series you should get this one because it does fill in some gaps. This is a back story on how Park grew up. This story sheds light into Park's life and. why she was the way she was in book 1. Her childhood was horrible, even though Park was a very intelligent girl. We learn where she was and how she got away.

Narrator, Natalie Duke does an excellent job bringing this story to life. As Natalie tells the story you feel Park's emotions, the sadness, and eagerness to be something better, get away from that life. The narrator does a wonderful job with distinguishing accents and the different voices. I look forward to the next story about the First Bloods. I received this audio from the author in exchange for an unbiased review.

Action Packed Adventure

Dragons, Elves and Humans all in this action packed fantasy adventure. This is the first book in this series. From the first page to the last, you are swept away to another world and you are glued to the book until the end. The writing of this story is detailed and the world comes to life before our eyes. You can feel what the characters feel. No matter what they go through, you can feel each emotion, struggle, battle, love and pain they all feel. The development of this world keeps you entertained and you won't want to put this book down. Can't wait to see what comes next in this series.

Classic High Fantasy!

What made the experience of listening to Dragon Dreams the most enjoyable?

Dustys eloquent descriptions and the way Rob read them. I also loved the banter between the characters.

What other book might you compare Dragon Dreams to and why?

Hmm. I guess I would say a bit Lord of Rings, but with more romance like Twilight.

What about Rob Golls performance did you like?

I loved, loved, loved how he did the dwarfs voice and the dragon. Totally my favorite characters. I was smiling as I listened, and laughing at the jokes.

Story jumps around between 2 different stories

Would you listen to Dragon Dreams again? Why?

No, this story was kinda dry and it jumps around between 2 stories to finally merge into one at the end. I don't even like watching movies that have more than 1 plot going at a time.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The narrator made the story bearable.

What does Rob Goll bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?

He's great with bringing the right kind of inflection into his voice to allow for that specific scene.

Taking all four parts as a whole.

This series, which in fact is one story, is well written but somewhat erratic in its pacing. The characterizations were well done, especially the differences in the men's personalities. There was a lot of cultural development for the shifters. The secondary characters were well used in moving the story forward. The copy I have still needs some grammatical editing.

I thoroughly enjoyed this series! I'm not usually a great fan of other were shifters but I LOVED these CATS! I began this series in a boxed set of Alphas after reading part one of the story I had to finish all four of them. Thanks for a great read!!!

Isa and Toryn have been friends for a long time. She has always wanted more but thought he wasnt interested. Toryn has a secret he has been keeping from the girl he is head over heels in love with but is only supposed to be guarding.

When Isa gets attacked and secrets get revealed, will the truth break them apart or finally put them where they belong...in each others arms? Things are not always what they seem and what is a girl supposed to do when she finds out her whole life has been a lie? Well if your Isadora, you have smoking hot sex with your bestie and you take the bull by the horns and deal!

The love of an Alpha

I liked the story but wished it was longer. I read some of the others first and they were longer. I loved the characters tho and think this one should have read first. All in all I still recommend that those who love werewolves read this one first.

Great little story. I wish it would have longer, but then I always wish her books were longer . Her characters are so real. I always feel like I am in the book with them.

This read more like a serial than a stand alone book. No true conflict, no resolution, no character development, no world building, no real relationship between the H/h. There was promise in the story. If it had been fleshed out then it could have been a decent book.
