Sherry’s philosophy is that Your Health Non-Negotiable. This is at the core of everything she does: “You were given one asset in life … just one! Your body is the only thing in life you’re guaranteed to have until the day you die. Yet, it’s always the last thing on your list to nourish. It’s time to take your health back and make you a priority”
Sherry spent the first two decades of her life healthy, active, and happy. But life got in the way. She soon found herself weighing in at 180lbs and feeling sick, tired, and defeated. After spending most of her twenties between a size 12 – 16, she was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
So, she set aside the shortcuts, yoyo diets, quick fix methods, and fitness fads. She spent the next few years learning as much as she possibly could about fitness and nutrition. 35 certifications, hundreds of seminar and podcast hours and thousands of hours on the gym floor, Sherry is truly inspired to teach others all that she had learned.
