It is okay to implement different techniques.
Keri also shares that entrepreneurs and leaders of all types tend to lack confidence and trust, which is why their leadership doesn't work the way it should. The best way to make it work is to quit the self-sabotage mindset. In this week's episode of Literally First Class Podcast, Keri talks about how entrepreneurs - especially female entrepreneurs - can and should balance their work with family. For example, it's completely possible to maintain a productive work routine and cultivate quality time with the kids. Or enjoy a personal break in the middle of the day without thinking you are not doing enough for your business.
For decades entrepreneurs have been taught that there is only one way to do things and achieve success: working 24 hours a day. That is far from the truth. There is no need to sacrifice your peace, your well-being, or a vacation with family just because you must keep doing more and more. Taking a break to rest will only do good for your business and yourself. Tune in to learn more!

In this episode, Keri shares her experience watching Taylor's most recent documentary 'Miss Americana' and the many lessons she took from it. While she is a famous singer and songwriter, Taylor Swift says in the film that she wishes there wasn't a better version of herself yet to be discovered, which is a common thought for modern entrepreneurs, if you think about it.

In this episode of Literally First Class Podcast, Keri talks about setting boundaries for yourself. It's fundamental to be mindful of your time and energy and selective about what you pay attention to. Especially for entrepreneurs, time is your most valuable asset, and you don't owe anyone your time.
It's not just a matter of organization and having a structure. Being picky about who gets the chance to have your attention is also a matter of protecting your peace of mind. Many times we are influenced by other people's energy. Keri encourages you to find out where your energy leaks are.
An important part of this process is communicating your boundaries - to your clients, partner, or co-workers. Openly let them know what you are willing to do or not, and don't be afraid to say no. These limits are not only necessary but also an act of self-love.

In this episode of Literally First Class, Keri shares with us a conversation she had with her family that got her thinking about entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs sometimes can be viewed as the black sheep of the family just because they didn't follow a traditional career or a 9-5 job. However, this doesn't mean that working for yourself is easy. On the contrary, it takes a lot of courage.
Taking a leap of faith and leaving the corporate world is indeed an act of courage. Entrepreneurs might have more freedom and flexibility, but they leave behind - at least at first - some kind of stability that the corporate world provides. One might say that another thing left behind is the constant stress. However, jobs that involve high levels of stress are not more important.
It's not a competition of who feels more pressure. Everyone feels stressed in several different ways, and everyone has their own fears and weaknesses to deal with. Our family's perceptions of how we manage our work and what we do for a living are just perceptions. You can acknowledge them, but everyone is fighting their own battle.
