Key Learnings:

1. We are so conditioned to focus on problems that even when good things begin to happen, we look for the problems. Begin by first recognizing that you now have 'happy problems' which means that your life is shifting. Then ask "Is this even a problem?"

2. The next thing to do is let go of needing to have problems to solve to feel validated, or to increase your self-esteem. If you NEED problems to solve, you will keep having problems to solve. You can still help people, and even solve problems, without needing to.

3. Instead of focusing on problems, focus on what you truly want and desire. In Lester Levenson's book, Happiness is Free, he says that as soon as you focus on solving a problem, you give it energy. Focus on the outcome you desire.
