My guest today is Leonard Perlmutter, he is the founder of The American Meditation Institute. We dive deep into the topic of the conscience mind and the sub-conscience mind and the relationship they have with each other and how they operate separately. It's a bit deep but Leonard has a wonderful analogy that should make it simple for you to understand. If it doesn't make sense at first, play the episode again and listen closely. This is a topic I'm super into and I talk about it a lot on social media and to the clients I coach. It was my pleasure to speak with Leonard, I hope you enjoy the episode and if you have any questions, leave a comment and I'll try and respond.
For more information on Leonard and The American Meditation Institute, visit their website, They have all kinds of resources for you to get into, free meditations to attend, courses to take.

My guest today is Author, Jessie Kanzer a former reporter whose work has appeared in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, LA Times, Washington Post, Huffington Post, and many other publications. She has a new book coming out on March 1st "Don't Just Sit There, Do Nothing" (pre-order on Amazon) inspired by her spiritual journey and discovery of the Tao Te Ching, which changed her life. Through her study of the Tao, it taught her that there is power in stillness and that all struggles you may have will bear gifts if you are able to connect with your inner-self. A great, insightful conversation with Jessie...
Please rate this episode and leave a review, I'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening.

Video also available on Spotify and Youtube. With just a little under 4 months until my next Ironman (April 23rd in Texas) I'm going over my goals for December; what I set out to do vs what I actually did to accomplish those goals. Plus in the second part of the video I demo me changing a tire, which I have to master to be prepared for whatever is thrown at me on race day. Enjoy... Happy New Year!!
