Self mastery is an incredible practice and it does not come easy. We have inner voices or critics that generate thoughts, feelings and emotions that challenge our authenticity. We become overwhelmed and at times even sabotage ourselves. As a result, we become our greatest critic. What if you could understand these thoughts, emotions and feelings and cheer for yourself - or better yet, become your greatest lover (yes, loving yourself more!). Becoming more authentic by understanding your internal advocate and loving yourself can be incredibly powerful when crisis strikes!
