So this morning quite did all sets on point, quite happy, thankful

Getting back to routine did not do full 4 drills, missed to do the two smaller sub drills, only did the the 2 majors, which is okay

So this morning my meditation composed of 4 different random thoughts and a dreaming haha

So since I did not get up early as I want did another free flow meditation. Opened and closed with my 9 deep breathes, other than that just open

Today is just a quick no direction free flowing meditation of 7 mins. Ps. Sorry for the bad recording

Quite the usual, a restart midway did happen

So I couldn’t not do a proper meditation, both segments, goes on for 8 mins fight damnn 😅

Got up the usual. Body Appreciation is okay, Year Analyzing is okay too

Back after so many days, with a new process where in I made this recording whil walking. Killing 2 birds with one stone. This episode wise, things went just fine, specially year looking back segment was amazing, loved it.

Interesting because I got distracted by moms call, I was angry at first but it kinda contributed to help me focus better on getting back at it. I even thought of not continuing, what a shame it would be. On top of that after around 2 weeks good to be back
