In this Week's Episode, we talk about men's mental health with our dear friend Lincoln! Often times men are made to feel like they have to suppress their emotions and not seek help in fear of looking weak or unmasculine. We are here to help break that stigma. Men are human, and it's ok to not be ok. we discuss ways that women can show up for men and dealing with mental health in relationships and more!
