What a privilege to have Liz Osborne in the shed this week.  A highly accomplished Mental Health Nurse and a single mum to 5 children, Liz has lived a truly incredible life punctuated with the highest of highs and some truly devastating lows.   Her ability to pick herself up off the canvass is testament to the indomitable strength of her character and we hope you glean just as much wisdom as we did from this episode.
